Momba Chia, MHA
Momba Chia, MHA, is the Director of Public Health at Kaleida Health’s Woman & Children’s Hospital of Buffalo and current Director of the Oishei Healthy Kids Health Home. Mr. Chia has a Masters of Science degree in Health Service Administration. Mr. Chia has seven years in executive leadership roles and has been an impactful leader as a former President and founder, Chief Operations Officer, Vice President of Operations, and Practice Administrator. Mr. Chia is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), the Health Care Quality Improvement Forum, the Children’s Hospital Association—and an associate member for the National Medical Association—Buffalo Chapter, member of Advisory Board—D’Youville College Health Services Administration Department.
Robert E. Langdon, PHR, SHRM-CP
Robert E. Langdon, PHR, SHRM-CP, is the Senior Human Resource Generalist for the Oishei Healthy Kids Health Home. Mr. Langdon has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is currently certified as a Professional in Human Resources by the HR Certification Institute and is also certified as a SHRM Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management. Mr. Langdon has 28 years of experience in recruitment, hiring, employee relations and labor relations. Mr. Langdon also served as an Adjunct Professor at D’Youville College and Hilbert College teaching Human Resource Administration.
Carol Maurer is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who has worked in the field of public child welfare for over 30 years. She received her B.A. from SUNY Fredonia and her Master’s degree from Case Western Reserve University. Over the course of her career, Carol has worked with diverse populations including her service as Commissioner of Social Services in Erie County, a large urban setting, as well as her work in a predominately rural setting as Deputy Commissioner in Chautauqua County. In addition, Carol has worked as a consultant to Say Yes, Buffalo, and to a collaborative of child welfare agencies in the metro Buffalo region. Carol is currently applying her passion for the well-being of children plus her considerable child welfare experience as a consultant for the newly developed Kaleida Health Children’s Health Home.
Adam Clabo, MBA
Adam Clabo, MBA is the Senior Business Analyst for the Oishei Healthy Kids Health Homes. Mr. Clabo received a Master of Business Administration from Niagara University and a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting with a Minor in Leadership from Hilbert College. Mr. Clabo has 3 years of experience in the financial field focusing on budgeting, forecasting, analytics, and strategic planning. In addition, Mr. Clabo is a member of the Institute of Management Accounts.
Haley Draper is the Coordinator of Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement for the Oishei Healthy Kids Health Home. Miss Draper has a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree from Duquesne University and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Public Health at Daemen College. Miss Draper began as a student intern at Kaleida and was an integral part of the Health Home implementation team.
